Shipping

We ship every order within 48 hours of purchase via Australia Post.

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days within Australia
  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
  • Free shipping on orders over $150

You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Chantilly's Tallow.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement.

Returns must be received within 30 days of your original purchase.

Change of mind: As our products are skincare made in small batches, we're unable to offer change-of-mind refunds for opened items. If your product is unopened and in original condition, please contact us within 14 days.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that products are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

Before You Use

Every skin is unique. We recommend a patch test on the inside of your forearm 24 hours before applying to a larger area, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.

Please note all Balms are crafted in the same facility as our Vanilla and Almond Oil Balm.

If you have specific skin concerns, please consult your healthcare practitioner before using.
