We ship every order within 48 hours of purchase via Australia Post.
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days within Australia
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Customs & International Orders
Due to international biosecurity regulations surrounding grass-fed animal products, we currently ship directly via our website within Australia only. If you are ordering from New Zealand, the US, or the UK, please contact us directly at info@chantillytallow.com to arrange a custom order with international clearance.

Before You Use
Every skin is unique. We recommend a patch test on the inside of your forearm 24 hours before applying to a larger area, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
Please note all Balms are crafted in the same facility as our Vanilla and Almond Oil Balm.
If you have specific skin concerns, please consult your healthcare practitioner before using.
